Not 5 star, but 3 is good for the price

The staff does the minimum, under $1000/mo for 1300 ft 3 bedroom, what to expect. I've had no problems in 2 years, wonderfull.

People coplaining about managment needs to understand what their contract says. The contract assures the "business" that they will make their projected money. Come on people GROW UP.
