We have lived in many apartments (multiple locations in Frisco) and this was by far the worst. The staff is incompetent and unhelpful. Management is a joke and lies about their promises. Besides the fact that management pretended to care, there was constant noise complaints from the many college students and multiple crimes that occured during our short residency. Criminal activity abounds here at this location and I never felt safe walking to or from my car at night. I could easily hear all of my surrounding neighbors conversations from inside my apartment while they were in theirs (Terrible sound insulation)! Garage doors were constantly open due to the fact that one person's clicker would open many doors when used. I would think carefully when choosing a location in Frisco and would advise anyone to check out other surrounding locations such as Sonsrena, Stone Manor, and St. Charles.
