My son and his roommate leased a two bedroom two bath third floor apartment. The rent was reasonable and the complex attractive with friendly staff. A ceiling leak with mildew was present when they moved in. Staff came in, supposedly repaired it, sealed and painted. With the next rain, it continued to leak and became progressively worse with each incidence of rain; a chunk of the ceiling finally fell out, along with dead birds that had been in the roof. Long story short, six weeks later, it became necessary to move out. Both the 2nd and 1st floor apartments below experienced water leakage from the roof leak in their apartment. The management was was understanding and is refunding their rent & deposit; however, we were out moving expenses, time, and missed days of work. BE SURE to ask specific questions before you sign a lease. Check the water faucets, under sink drains, etc. They were broken in this apartment. Otherwise, a nice property with a staff that does the best they can.
