When we first saw these apartments I loved them. They seemed so nice, kept up well, the staff seemed so friendly, and it seemed to be in a good area.

However, in only the few short months we have lived there are been numerous issues.

Let's start with the gates. You are supposed to need a gate code or a remote to access the complex. But both of these are pointless if the gates are broken 65% of the time! Not very good security if you ask me.

Let's move onto the bug problem. We had our apartment sprayed after we noticed several large spiders in the apartment. Well, it seems the spraying attracts more bugs! A month later we needed to spray again because of the spiders, earwigs, fruit flies, rollie pollies, etc. That was a week ago and we are already scheduled for another pest control visit. Call me crazy but one should not be required to have their building sprayed every week!

Also we have "big foot" who lives above us and can hear anything they do. Sometimes it sounds like they are bowling or dropping heavy weights over and over. I have complained but of course nothing has come of it.

And finally the crime. I partially blame this on the broken gates. Between the car jackings and break ins I am beginning to fear leaving the house on my own!

I would not suggest living here. We ae actually looking to move out. Between the bugs and the crime...we just pay too much and its not worth it.
