The management here is awful. I had several maintenance issues and it took over a month to get them completed. I spoke to the management in person and on the phone. I explained to management (IN PERSON) that there are certain times where I would prefer if maintenance came into my apartment, and that when they said they were coming they wouldnt show up. Finally I was told maintenance was coming at a very inconvenient time for me so I called management. The lady acted like she had no clue what I was talking about and I explained to her that I was just in there two days prior and had explained this all to her. Her response' "I have absolutely no idea who you are!!" and then she proceeded to blame me for the many issues I was having for for maintenance not being at my apartment in a prompt manner! Very rude, unhelpful, and full of lies.
