I have been living here and had a few problems in the past.
if you would have asked me last year, I would not have recommended this place...however, I have to say the last few months have been better than ever.
the office staff is pretty friendly and maint gets things done quickly.
its definitely clean and in a good area.

So leaving a note on my door saying we owe them 52.16 for the water bill that we already paid earlier that month and telling us this is "ridiculous" and that we need to pay it on the 3rd with march rent ON TIME, no exceptions, that's friendly?
