We have been residents of Wade Crossing for four years now and since Lincoln started managing this property it has really gone downhill. We were up for renewal and they ran our credit again without notifying us and I had a return check back in 2006 that was listed as a misdemeanor. The management company would not let us renew due to this problem and asked that we move at the end of the lease term, which was going to be in a couple of weeks. No consideration was given to us, our great paying history did not matter to them or the fact that we never gave them any problems and have lived with torn and dirty carpet since the 2nd month of our lease due to a water heater leak. At that time we were managed by Price Brothers Realty, and when we reported the damage they took care of the water heater right away, but the carpet was never replaced. We have gone thru so many managers and each keeps getting worse. I think that the one we have now is the worst by far. She has her nose so high up in the air that she is not willing to help with any resident issues. We had a car that exploded in front of the building that we live and it is still sitting there with the windows broken out and the burnt smell still coming out from it.

As long as this property is being managed by Lincoln, I suggest you turn the other way because if you are used to good, quality living, you will not receive that here.

I live here as well and I'm not sure what manager you are talking about. The manager now is and has been more helpful than any in the past. As far as them running a backgroud check well Its good to see that they are trying clean up the complex and keep criminals out!And what a good job they have done. Ive lived here for 3yrs and this is by far the best management comp. As far as the burned out car I too spoke with the manager and she said she had to wait until the insurance comp. came out and get the go- a -head to tow it off the property. And it was!! I love living here and will continue to renew my lease as long as Lincoln is the management comp.
