I lived here about 3 yrs ago and had some problems. I moved back in the area and found out that Lincoln took over and was excited to move back in. You see I live only in complexes that Lincoln manages now. I moved in around mid October and they were doing a balcony contest for Halloween. The prize was $300.00 off for 1st place. My neighbor won. WoW he go a big break on Nov 08 rent! They have also had several resident functions just in the short amount of time I'v been here. My apartment is great. I had my heat go out about a week ago and within 1 hr maintenance was out to fix it. Thats what you call fast response. The ladies in the office are all very nice and helpful. I hope I dont get transfered with my job because I will be sad to leave.
