I have moved in and since i Have move in its been a roller coaster of emotions for thsi place. I liked it in the begining with the apartment it self, but the management was lincoln properties at the time, and the girls in the front didnt know crap and werent interested in the residents. The pigeons are horrible, the traffic is ridiculous, and the crime has gone up so much. Now since price properties ahev taken over i was happy with them in the begining, but not now. I paid my rent one day late for the first time and that evein they knocked on my door to hand me a notice to vacate property, and 3 weeks ago someone tried to break into my truck, then 3 days ago a neighbors tires got slashed, and then the neighbor told me that her friend lives about 3 buildings away someone broke into her vehicle and then 2 nights ago the same neighbor told me that some woman that lived by the front of the complex had her car stolen off the property. Can you believe that. Also about 2 months after moving in in the middle of the night i woke up and loked out my window to find 2 guys and a girl snorting some kind of white substance in their truck, so i called the cops and they came but didnt do anything, they stayed for 5 minutes but then left. The truck stayed there and the guy drove off the next morning with it. I have a child i dont need this around my child i moved to frissco to get away from crime if i wanted to be around crime i would move to dallas, only positive there is rent is cheaper there.DONT MOVE HERE

Sounds like you have a problem with frisco. Do you feel the same way about your other bills when you pay them late?
