Downhill Slide Change in ownership has changed many things for the worse. Maintenance requests take longer. I suffered with water leaks in garage for months and still no sign they have fixed them. There is a water leak in the bathroom and again, they say it is coming from upstairs

I found this apartment on line before I relocated here. It is better than I expected. The management team is truly professional! I have a few issues in regards to some dog owners who don't pick up after their dogs and the way people drive in and out at high speed. Parking is limited. Hard
