i lived here for a year to complete my lease. they never fixed anything!! they even went in people's apartments when they were late a few days on their rent and took their "luxury" posessions...like tv's, stereos, etc. apparently they have a clause in their lease saying they can do this...so you don't even have the option of with holding rent if your AC doesn't work for SEVERAL months or your dishwasher hasn't worked since you moved in 8 months ago....and they continue to evade building requirements and keep people living in condemned units...someone must have a lot of connections with the city...

These reviews are so extreme, there is no Gray area...I would be scared to rent there. PREIOD!
