I use to love living here but the new management has been difficult to deal with. We seem to get a threatening letter every month and the individual writing the "memo" has difficulty communicating her demands to the tenants. They no longer accept checks after the 5th of the month even though the water bill usually doesn't come until after that date. If you want to pay the water bill with a check, you have to call into the office to get the amount you owe for the water. Even though the due date for the water bill is later than the 5th, you are not allowed to pay with a check if you bring it in after the 5th. Parking is going to become a nightmare because you are now going to have to get a parking permit for any visitors you have and you have to get the visitor's permit before 5:30 pm and you are only allowed one a day. I guess that means no parties! Management has also indicated that you will only be allowed one numbered spot & if you have more than 1 car, you will have to park in "Visitors" parking. So where are the visitors suppose to park'' There is plenty of parking & I've never seen the parking lots full so I'm not sure why it's has become an issue all of a sudden.
