The new manager has no clue of what she is doing. That's why when anyone calls the office they either ask for Belinda or Carlina. You know, sometimes when a person needs a job real bad, they know just how to bluff their way in, well you know what the new manager has really pulled the wool of the supervisors eyes. She has no clue of the Bond Compliance. She she has been here, I've been told that she has not leased one apartment, and knew nothing about the computer programs. It's a terrible thing what the management company has done. They have no clue about what they are doing either. The Supervisor is never available when you need to talk to her, and she never returns your calls. The day care center has been here for years, guess what, the new supervisor is running them off as well. She doesn't even care enough about the day care center to even keep in touch with them. When ever you call for maintenance to come fix something, you always get this comment, "we don't have the part" they tell you that they have to either order it, or it has been ordered, but you know what, they never get the parts to fix anything. This place is falling apart. The health inspector has been called out because of sewer back-ups into the units, the termites are eating the wood that holds the steps up that is going to the units upstairs, the cement steps are crumbling as well as the flat landing after you go up the 1st set of stairs. If you want to file a good law suit on this company, then this is the place to live.

boy has this person hit the nail right on the head. neither manager or supervisor have a clue of what they are doimg.
