Changing management evry two moths does not leave a good taste in a residents mouth about the management company period. The units do have alot of square feet and the prices aren't that bad but the inside of these units can use a update so what the electric is paid that does not mean do not put some money back into the property. The water bill is another thing how do they come up with the usage there are some apts with 9 people in them and the one's that don't pays for that. This site is not to spread rumors about another if you have questions ask that person to find out the truth. The one's that speak out of term are usually the on's that are doing something the have no business doing.
