Bottom Line, you get what you pay for. This is my familys Third year here and it will be our last. The new management has allowed a lot of undesirable elements to move in. I imagine that they will be selling crack in the complex any time now. It was a nice quite place to live under the old management. This past week we had a fellow arrested by two plain-clothes police officers at the pool. Nice, thanks Ashton Place for turning a gem into a turd. I cannot tell you enough, go look elsewhere. Negligent parents who allow their children to act like animals with no supervision. I believe this is now section eight housing. Might as well go live north of Broadway, you will at least expect the type of behavior from low budget folks that you get at Ashton place. A complete tragedy. This place is not safe anymore. GO SOME WHERE ELSE. I am going to see a friend at the city and have them come inspect the steps going to the second floor apartments. I have crumbling concrete outside my door and the steps look ready to fall. This problem is rampent at this apartment complex and the management has not responded. If I or some one gets knocked in the head by a piece of cement I will sue the owners, the company and I will sue management for neglegence.

When I worked there as fill in Manager in 2004 & 2005, I addressed the problem with the stairs to the owner and management company. If they have not fixed them yet, guess what, they're not going to fix them now. The Manger and assistant that is in that office now does not care enough about the residents or property to even now keep the grass groomed, and keep all the trash picked up off the grounds, as well as keeping the trash around the dumpster picked up. Your fighting a loosing battle with the management company and also the Manger and Assistant. GOOD LUCK TO WHOEVER WROTE THIS REVIEW!!!!!
