The property landscape looks like a jungle. Everytime I drive by I expect monkeys to start jumping out of the palm trees, instead, I see RATS! Yes that's right RATS.
The office personel doesn't have a clue of what they are doing, expecially the so called Assistant. She has never had any experience working in an apartment complex office, this is why you can never get any maintenance done in your apartment. She just doesn't have a clue of what she is doing at all. Of couse that is to be expected, because the owners and management company or the supervisor doesn't have a clue of what they are doing either, so I guess the assistant fits right in. The parking lots are so nasty, the apartments are starting to look like the Antiqua Apartments. I know of so many people that have lied to get an apartment there that is not the people that is actually living in the apartment, they rented the apartment in their name for someone else to live there. This is just how close of attention the office personel are paying. NONE!! This is why Ashton Place has gone from just Fabulos to Ghetto Fabulos.
Should have kept Janet, she may have been a thief, but at least the property looks a lot, lot better. Gotta give it to her, she made sure her property was clean and free of Drugs, Burglars, and Ghetto people that just did not care about where they live and just trash it. The only way to get Ashton Place Apartments back on the GREAT list, is get rid of the office personel, maintenance, lead maintenance, and make ready. They just hang around the property doing nothing, the Lead Maintenance will fall asleep in an empty apartment and the Manager doesn't even have a clue, she thinks he is really getting things done. The Maintenance goes to his apartment and just chills for hours at a time. If the office personel would get up off their a___ and stop being so lazy and go check sometime they would just see. Oh and the kicker, if the Company would pay their bills maybe they could get the things to fix things with.

It's my opinion that management is very responsive to the needs of the tenants. The grounds have progressively gotten much better since they changed to another lawn company. I agree that the palm trees need some attention, but you get what you pay for. In reading some of the post I think maybe some of the people have an ax to grind. It sounds to me like some of them are past employees. Otherwise, how would anyone know about how the bills are paid? And who's t say if janet was a tief or not? I've seen her in recent days and she didn't appear to be in any legal jeopardy. Carlina is a great person with a wonderful personality. That's just my opinion and trust me, we all have one. The fact is that Ashton Place has it's downsides, but it's my home and I refuse to allow any of you to degrade where I've chosen to live. Would I recommend living here? The answer is YES. Why...because until I decide to move, this is my home and if it's good enough for me...I won't stoop to the level that many you chosen simply to bad mouth the property and its current staff.
