Not a good place to live.

Ashton Place used to be a nice apartment to live in but now, the residents that live there let their children trash the parking lots, laundrymat and the swimming pool. (speaking of swimming pool-the management needs to replace those pool chairs because it's old and deteriorating!)Some of the residents have parties outside their patios late at night(loud music, etc.) The management is nice though, esp. Carlina.
