My experience at Bay Walk was not bad. Whenever there was something wrong, they had the workers come and fix it the same day, or next. I did see 3 roaches, but I haven?t seen any for 2 months. The only problem I?ve had with them is their notification system. Whenever something is going to change, like a passcode, I am never notified. But the apartments have recently been renovated, so they are nice. Granted, I am a student, so this is a nice apartment to me. I would definitely recommend it to other students. There are many students from Texas A&M that live here, but its not a party complex.
