Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
When we first moved in they had "cleaned" it first-I found 2 crackpipes in the kitchen cupboards! The walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbors say. The kids and teenagers all need to be locked up in Juvenille Hall, they are running crazy! The management pretends to care, but as long as they get the rent they don't do anything. And forget about using the pools!
