Well I've been her at Bay Walk for over a year now. I moved into a two bedroom with a friend and there were Roaches everywhere. I was told it was my roommate who did it. How she was the reason for the critters. The manager at the time was Robert. He didn't care about anything but money. The toilets and sewers were always getting backed up and it would take them days before they fixed them. ---- would be all over the ground until the rain washed it away and even then it still took another good rain to wash it away.

Then I moved out into a One bedroom on my own, only to find out there was a new manager, Gabriel. He was ok at first. Gabriel he wants the money right away. if you don't pay he will try to kick you out of the apartment a week after rent is due. Which is full of bull. But I would rather have Robert back. With Robert, he knows how to help a college student. He would give us a few weeks to get rent in with the late fees and also even take half on rent. Gabriel even tried to tell me who I can and can not have over my apartment. I know one thing I would not renew a least again. The lights outside the apartment are always off. My neighbor got robbed in the parking lot. And I be DAMNED if I tell anyone to move over here is this crappy old nasty place. They still didn't fix that damn gate. They keep saying they are going to fix it. That was a year ago. All I know is it may be cheap but you pay for what you get. This place is too damn ghetto for an AGGIE or anyone to live.
