If you love to live with roaches then move here.If you love the quality of office staff present and past, move here.(You never know when they are lying or who they are lying to ex.renters or their spouse.)If you love to have a leaky fridges to roaches to nest in the towel you have to put down every day, move here. If you like to wake up in the middle of the night to get a drink and here the crunching of roaches as you step onto the floor and turn the light on, for sure move here. You can also watch them on the ceiling. Even more you can watch your child try to play among them. Better yet, how about having an earache only to find out from the Dr. you have had a roach crawl in you ear while you were sleeping''' Yeah, move here.
You get the best of smiles and promises with unfilled action on their end. You have a problem whether maintenance or financial, and you become their worst enemy. I am so happy my daughter and grandson no longer live in this nasty place. Rent should be free or they should pay you just to occupy the place. Either way I wouldnt live there.Oh, I forgot to mention, all the crime, robberies and drugs. The police dont even like to come there and only do if called. You never see one there on patrol. Like I said, dont move their unless you really think this over and realize what you are getting yourself into. I know too many people that moved for all the same reasons, most broke their leases, and were too scared to live there and hated roaches.Oh Imust say they did have the gate working for a few weeks out of the whole time I was their for the 1.5 yrs I was there. WHOOPEE! I felt really safe.
