Me and 3 friends lived there for about a year and never had any problems. We never saw one roach or any mold. Myself and my other female friend came and went all hours of the night and never felt unsafe. The management was great very polite and professional and took care of anything we asked them. Our neighbors had several small children and were also very happy with the complex. I have nothing negative to say it was great living there.
