I've lived here six months and am very satisfied. The desk staff is very helpful, and the maintnence guys get requests done often in the same day, no more than the end of next business day. The floorplans are truly unique and you can find one to fit whatever stuff you have. There is a mix of medical residents from UTMB, college students, and I've even seen a rookie cop living here. Never had trouble with noise, while I live on the ground floor, the occasional footstep comes through, but have yet to hear loud music or parties. Much more resonably priced than The Dawn, which I also considered. Would definately renew my lease here. Office will accept all packages, and they offer a free movie rental library. Sits right off 61st, so its a quick shot to the highway. Can walk to all sorts of fast food, and Randalls is across the street, as is Wal-Mart, and Kroger is 2 blocks away. Perfect location!
