Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
*Apartments are getting old, possible mold problem.
* Had continuing AC problems.
* Continually raised rent while offering discounts to new renters.
* Performed major remodeling while people lived in apartments, including removing and replacing all exterior siding, never gave notice that this was going to happen, just woke up one morning to workers beating the walls with hammers. When I commented on this, was made to feel like I had a attitude problem for bringing it up.
* Nothing special about this apartment, I would recommend finding something closer to UTMB if you are a student.
* The apartment next to me caught fire and no one came to my door to let me know and to make sure no one was home, I just happen to go outside and saw firemen tearing up the wall. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
