Broadwater Apartments

HORRIBLE!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/26/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The worst thing was how they were doing construction on the exterior of the buildings the whole year we lived here. It was so noisy and it seemed they always did the loudest work at 6 or 7 AM. Maintenance took forever to come to fix anything and when they finally did it wasn't fixed. The electricity bills were out of control because the AC never worked correctly. The ladies in the office were OK just get better maintenance and finish the construction already!! Way too expensive for what you get--a lot of headaches! Do not live here if you like to sleep and like to save your money!!
