These apartments look nice from the outside, especially since they repainted them banana yellow.
My apartment is nothing special and the appliances leave a lot to be desired. The toilet backs up all the time and I have to constantly plunge it. The dishwasher leaks and doesn't seem to clean dishes. About a week later maintenace came out and looked at it and said it was working OK. The fridge comes with an icemaker but it doesnt work, I reported it twice but no one came out to look at it. I also had to replace my a/c wall thermostat - I went two days with no air conditioning and gave up on maintenance fixing it, so I went to walmart and bought a cheap, no frills replacement and installed it myself. In general, maintenace does a poor job at fixing things, which surprised me considering how much I paid for this apartment.
Landscaping is nice in the front, but elsewhere they have allowed it to go down hill.
I've had a couple of nice rugs stolen from the laundry room. Parking is a nightmare, especially in the front parking lot. Management sends out notices all the time about who can and cannot park there, but they are generally ignored because management only enforces it once in a blue moon.
The office staff is about as helpful as a pile of rocks and somewhat unfriendly. They seem annoyed anytime they have to deal with residents.
The pool is nice and clean, as is the workout room.
These apartments are overpriced, maintenance sucks, office staff is not helpful, and with the exception of the new paint job, inside they are not very well maintained.
