I agree with all the reviews I've seen so far. The ceiling leaked and all the paint and molding started peeling off the wall in the living room, and it was still like that when I moved out...and they are trying to charge me for re-painting the entire apartment because of a leak from their new roof. They will totally try to screw you in the end, regardless of how much you overpay to begin with. Also, the late fee is $50 after the 3rd of each month and an additional $10 a day after that (and they only take money orders). They also require a 60 day move out notice.
Constuction was going on the whole year I lived there, and they never completed my apartment. They started working early in the morning and were very loud and disrespectful. I was late to work more than once, because my car was blocked in by construction workers. My air conditioner never worked right, which caused me to spend my summer sweating INSIDE my apartment. The dishwasher never worked the entire time I lived there. My toilet constantly backed up, and maintenance never fixed it. Cars were constantly being broke into in the parking lot, and you had to be careful not to step in dog poo.
You're on your own, and have a good lawyer if you decide to live here...
