Broadwater Apartments

GREAT place to live! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Those that don't recommend The Broadwater must have something wrong with them. I've lived here 1.5 years now and love it. I plan on staying here for the remainder of my schooling at UTMB. Although there have been a couple of inconvenient moments, my expectations have been met if not exceeded. The new paint job is bright and appealing to the eye. Many friends remark at how nice the complex looks, and a few are thinking about moving in. The office staff is always willing to help out, as is the maintenance staff. And as one reviewer commented...NO, you do not need to hire a lawyer before you move in! I give The Broadwater a very high rating!
