Not worth the money

Not worth the money. Management doesn't respond to maintainance requests. My ice maker was broken half the time I lived there. My garbage disposal in the sink never worked, and one of my windows leaked. In fact, they tried to CHARGE ME for damage caused by the window leak, dispite the fact that I turned it in several times.
Parking is a pain in the neck. The "resident only" rule in the front lot is never enforced. In fact, on friday and saturday nights, if you are not home by 8pm, you have to park far away in the back lot, because the front lot is full of visitors' cars. I agree with one of the previous posters, that the office manager, Judy, often parks in Handicapped spots despite not being handicapped.
I've had laundry stolen from the laundry room, and in fact it is cheaper to go to a washateria than use the laundry room.
They do "surprise" inspections several times a year. During one of these "inspections" they let my cat out. I never found her :( I'm not sure why they do the inspections because its not like they ever fix anything that breaks.
Nobody every apologized for letting my cat out, infact they suggested that she might have slipped out between my legs when I opened the door and that I didnt see her. I DONT THINK SO.
This place is not worth the money. Judy and the rest of management are indifferent and seem annoyed when anyone walks into the office.
