Years at this apartment:

I have lived at Broadwater for 10 years and have had many mangers and have lived in 3 different apartment floor plans. All were very nice. Most of the managers seem to be capable of doing their jobs well, especially the current one, Judy. She is always willing to help out and see what she can do to make life at Broadwater seem special. However, like me, there are several residents who have lived here for 5 years. I feel that a cap should be set on their rent after a certain number of years, depending on the apartment they live in. The people who are hired as "landscapers" are not really landscapers, they are weed and shrubbery butchers. The shrubbery has been cut too far down and there is too much soil exposed around the trees and shrubbery. Therefore, the plants do not flourish as well as they should. Nothing blooms that should be because of this. I feel that a couple of more maintenance personnel would be an asset to the upkeep of the apartments. The personnel is spread way to thin for the work that they are required to do. So, often some daily chores I feel are left undone, i.e. cleaning up branches after a heavy storm. They are often left until the landscapers come. Often, residents clean up themselves. The rennovations done last year really make the Broadwater look inviting and a happy place to live. I would recommend the apartments and have to many people. I consider the apartments my home, not just a place to stay.
