STAY AWAY VERY DANGEROUS.
BURGLARIES, BREAK INS, ASSAULTS ON RESIDENTS ON THEIR WAY TO THEIR CAR. I WOULD NOT LIVE THERE. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

I have lived at the broadwater for alomost a year (move in date June 30, 2006) and have heard nothing about high crime. I acctually leave my apartment to take the trash out (which I must admit, is quite a walk) at all hours of the night.
