I live here still, but when my lease is up I am gone. Judy is nasty, Linda is very nice. I never have had a suprise inspection, course none of the things I have turned in to be fixed were...Minor things: like the 3inch gap in my patio door, the ant problem, the water leak in the bathroon,the plumbing, the nice little water under my sink issue (Smells great) two broken burners, the dishwasher that slides out since it is not braced, half of my electrical outlets do not work, the geniuses painted most of the phone outlets/cable so they also do not work. I have done minor- cheap repairs because it bothers me.
The apt itself is nice, I love the huge porch that faces the nice wetlands. Ans it is a fairly nice floor plan. Asthetically this is a nice place, it could be beautiful apts if they were better maintained. Luckily I live on the other side of the construction.
Safety at night could be a concern, I feel relatively safe, but they place is not secure, well light and has plenty of hiding places.
Parking: at least I get exercise, I am glad all the visitors get to park in the front, that is really a nice touch for them I am sure. I just love trecking with a small child past 4-5 buildings to get to mine.
Management also lets people have loose cats, and does not enforce the dog feces disposal- unless staircases and sidewalks count.
