looks good on the outside From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   First of all they look really appealing on the outside, and the model they show you looks pretty nice also. But when you get your apartment be sure to look at it before it's time to move in. There is water damage, ancient appliances, the water is dirty(coming out of every faucet!!) sometimes it's been brown! I think they have sprayed for insects 1 time in the last 8 months! you better get in the shower before anyone else around you or it's gonna be cold! Sometimes it's cold when no one has even had a shower. They office people are pretty nice and have helped me so far. The entrance way is a joke. Try getting in or out when someone (sometimes 2 people) is trying to come in the same entrance that you are exiting! These could be really nice if they were kept up (past the point of slapping some paint on the outside). I would look somewhere else if you don't have to worry about little crap that just tends to ruin your day. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
