Unfortunately....not what I expected.

I lived there for 10 months and although these are probably in the top 5 here in Galveston, I cannot say that I recommend them. Primarily due to the fact that they are not exactly as nice as they could be and do not match what you pay for them. I payed $699/ mo for a 1 bedroom. Although that is a fairly inexpensive price overall, the apartment's quality does not meet its rental rates. The model apt. was very nice, but that is where I was fooled. My apartment has major water damage, broken and crumbling cabinets, gaps under doors, an old a/c unit, etc... The office staff is fairly helpful and maintenence does a good job with repairs. I have lived in numerous apartments and I would rate these as fair. If they would just do some remodeling and fix some major damages, they would be excellent. The community is gated and I have not noticed any crime, theft, or loud noise. The community is located in a nice part of town with a Wal-Mart, Randall's, banks, etc. very close by. Floorplans are very unique and large. It is literally one block to the Seawall & beach, which is amazing!
