I love the broadwater. My main complant is that it is a little pricey compared to other locations (that also look nice) in Galveston. In response to another comment about brown and cold water, that was only 1 day because the water was shut off to replace old boilers (a letter was sent to all tenants to explain this). The office and maintenance staff is very nice and helpful. There is a 24-hour fitness center (with a $15 key deposit) and they have fairly new movies that you can go to the office and borrow for free (there is a new selection every month).
