Broadwater Apartments

Broadwater is great :) From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have lived at the Broadwater for over 3 years. The entire staff is awesome! The negative comments towards the manager Judy are totally inaccurate. She is extremely friendly and helpful every time I need something. Tenants should understand that she deals many tenants who are not too easy to please. I know of one tenant who is in the office on a regular basis to complain about the most petty of issues. That would frustrate anyone. I cannot say enough great things about the maintenance staff. Their response time is very quick no matter what the problem may be. They are extremely friendly and efficient. The grounds are always kept nice. With the exception of the one tenant, everyone is pleasant, quiet and pretty much minds their own business. The only complaint about the property is that the cabinets are in desperate need of updating. They are old both in the kitchen and bathroom. I have live in several different apartment complexes on the island and I would highly recommend the Broadwater to anyone.
