These apartments are overpriced and maint. is a joke. Office staff is not helpful, and I agree with the other reviews that the office manager, Judy, is a pain to work with.

The appliances are old and construction is shoddy at best. If you move in here, get used to being ignored by their maintainace people or having an "half-assed" repair job.

When I moved in last year, I paid 779/month for 675sq feet of which the only thing included was water. When it came time to renew this month, my rent is shooting up to $829 and water is no longer included. UNACCEPTABLE! When I told them I was going to move and find a better value somewhere else, the office people told me that I had to give them 60 days notice and pay "month-to-month" for the next two months....which, according to them is $829 $75"fee" for a grand total of $904 for August and September. What a freakin joke!

Parking is nightmare. If you come home after dark, be prepared to park far far away from your unit. The front lot is reserved for certain buildings. I live in one of those buildings, BUT everyone and their cousin in this complex parks in the front lot. Flyers are occasionally put up reminding residents that if you don't belong in the front lot you will be towed. But I think its too much effort for office staff to enforce it because nobody pays attention and I have never seen a car marked for towing.

The apartment staff who live in this complex get around the parking problem by parking in handicapped spots. I've seen the manager on several occasions parking in the handicapped spots when she comes home at night.

This complex should be priced in the 400s/500s for the basic units...certainly nothing above 600 because of the poor condition inside the units and the lack of concern and care by staff.

OH, what really rubs me raw is that they mow the lawn on weekends at 7am...Let wake everyone up on their day off!

I do agree with the parking situation. That is definitely an issue that needs to be addressed. I also park in the front lot. I do not agree with the comments on the staff and maintenance. They have always been helpful to me. As for the lawn men - I am an early riser and I have never heard them early in the morning on a weekday!

I can vouch for the lawn men working at 7am on Saturdays. It really sucked. From the number of complaints here it seems parking has been a problem for years, and nothing has ever been done about it. I stayed away from the manager, Judy. She was always rude. Her assistant Linda was nicer.
