Broadwater Apartments

A great place to call home From: frustratedbylies Date posted: 12/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I have to say that I have lived in many different apartment communities. The Broadwater has been the best. Their property is actually gated, and they allow pets but you don't see or smell the pets messes. They are close to shopping and it is very quiet. As far as crime I have never noticed anyone complain of this. Maybe the crime these people talk about is the company they keep. Let's get realistic, Karin and Judy are the most accomodating office staff I have been in contact with yet!!!! Why is it that people who have a negative thing to say will tell the whole world, but if we have had a great experience then people keep their mouth shut. Before anyone writes a review on an apartment complex and posts their 2 cent opinion they should have lived at some of the others on the island. The Broadwater, it's office and maintenance staff are top notch! i would recommend everyone I talk to needing an apartment to live here!!!!!!!
