Well, let me just say that this place looks nice on the outside but the inside looks a bit nappy. The kitchen cabinets look like they are about to fall apart and you can tell they are quite old by looking at how the ceiling drywall is warped. I found that they also kind of smell like damp dog. The stair railings are also in desparate need of painting and the wood looks like it starting to rot a bit on the outside stairs going into the apartments. Not worth the $. Live off the island - the whole place is a nasty cesspool anyway. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

I completely agree with this rating !! When I was moved in here the outside and the office are nice but that about it. The handrails to the apartments are roting and and black. Definitely not worth the $.
