If you are looking for a place to live in Galveston steer clear of Broadwater Apartments. The management here is HORRIBLE. The women in the office are rude and never want to help you. My apartment is infested with roaches. I have had to throw away groceries so many times because there are roaches in my pantry, they are everywhere !! When I complained to the office they said there was nothing they could do about it !! Also, if you have visitors they will tow there car. If they do not park in a set space they will tow it even if the car has been parked just to bring something inside. I am serious. My friend parked her car to come in and get me and they were towing her car when we came out. She had been parked for less than 10 min. Do yourself a favor and dont even bother checking these apartments out. I wish someone had posted something like this when I was looking at apartments, I would have NEVER NEVER moved here. Also, the area is not well lit, it is very scary walking my dog at night. Not a good location. VERY POOR INSULATION !! I honestly don't feel safe coming home from work at night. If you live by yourself like I do, you should not live here !!
