Some Good, Some Odd, Mostly Bad
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 8/15/2009
Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Good: One front office staff member was always nice and helpful, and she was the one I spoke to most often. I'm not sure if she's even there anymore, though.
Odd: Try Googling the management company (Sheng Raamco or Raamco International). Try finding a website for them or even a concrete address (or a consistent company name). Try seeing if they're registered with the Better Business Bureau. I find this odd.
Bad: It was quite overpriced for what you got; the exterior of the buildings were nice, but the interiors were very outdated (bathrooms and kitchens from the 1980s). Most importantly, they seemed to make very poor management decisions and I would not recommend this apartment complex.
