I have lived here for a year now and it has not been pleasent. The neighbors are loud and disrespectful to others. People leave bags of garbage outside the doors and management left a notice once that their would be fines for garbage left out but they have never inforced it. My next door neighbors have turned the area outside my door and theirs into their own personal storage area to the point I can hardly even get past the junk to get into my apartment and management has done nothing to clear up the problem. Rent is cheap but I don't think they screen their tenants very well. Alot of young partiers live here. Parking is always a issue, especially on weekends. My household has one vehicle and I can hardly ever find a spot on weekends since it seems like 50 more cars suddenly appear then whats around during the week. Rarely does the security gate ever work.
