The presence of the new management team is evident everywhere! The landscaping has never looked better and When the front gate was damaged,(probably by an old frustrated resident) it was repaired with a few weeks. When one of the elevators was broken, it was repaired within a week. AND they have installed speed bumps which cuts down on the noise from speeding cars and protects the children at play.

I've been here over 3 years and get along with my neighbors and have had no Major problems. Even when Evacuations are near, the office personnel provided plywood for residents in need!

This is a nice community to live in and trouble makers are dealt with in a swift manner; I highly recommend it!

FYI: people who complain online OR in person get what they deserve!
*Especially YOU - have a hawg and live in an apt' shows your maturity . . dunce!

Well good thing i dont live a apt i just got my 1st house..... Dont live there ppl. the place is hell

I suspect that was written by the management. Keep looking for another apartment.

Nope! I was a happy resident until Hurricane IKE; but the office team did a good job of handling the crisis well. They offered residents to move into other apts. that were not damaged/flooded. Less than 2 weeks after the storm, they are remodelling/repairing/cleaning; not many other island properties can say the same. Since I was on the 3rd floor for 3 years and the elevator went "kaput" due to IKE, They let me out of my lease with NO PROBLEMS!! I am now moving up to Austin to help my mom who just had a small stroke. SHame on ALL of you who are cowardly enough to badmouth good, hard working people doing their job!! Remember . . . . . . ..
