Worked out well From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I'm a student at UTMB and its very convienient to walk to class especially since parking is very hard to find around campus. The staff has been very helpful and maintenance has always been timely. It can be a little noisy depending on who your neighbors are (ie little kids or loud music) but thats like any other apartment complex. The gate keys are to get in and out, which is awful because if you don't have your gate key you can't get out of your apartment unless you walk out behind someone. Other than that, living here has been fine.
