I had the same problem. The air didn't work and the staff didn't care. The secretary was usually rude. I get the feeling that the manager was hard to work for, which created stress. She promised alot and delivered nothing. The utilities included in the rent make it seem like a decent deal but it isn't. I wish that I had found the other review about the air before I moved in.
