Like the other reviews had already stated, the AC does not always work, and does not work that well even if it is working.

Even with the central AC on full blast, it still gets to 85 degrees during summer days.

When the central AC goes out, you can expect a nice and toasty 95 degrees inside the apartment 1 or even past 2 am in the morning!!!

Yeah the rent includes utilities, but seriously, how much is the electric bill if the damn AC doesn't work half the time'

And sometimes the AC vents just gives out some weird smelling odor...

Did I mentioned that the power just randomly goes out for around 15 minutes to an hour 2 or 3 times in just the past couple months or so'

I'm not sure what the deal is with the washer and dryers in the complex, but my white shirts are now vanilla shirts after just a wash or two.

I'm also not quite sure why some of my neighbors likes to swim and scream late at night in a glorified bathtub they call pool.

And for god sakes, if you weight 500 lb, put a freaking shirt on! There really is no need pose and expose yourself on the 2nd floor balcony pretending you're Adriana Lima on the runway.

Service request response time averages around 2 to 3 weeks.

The manager seems all about the bottom line and could not care less about your living conditions.
