Great location for students/UTMB workers From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/13/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I have lived at for almost 2 years and it is great. Excellent location for biking to UTMB. Right next to beach, one block over from UTMB fieldhouse and track. A little older property however, price is not bad. Also, gated and also doing maintenance and repairs promptly. Maintanence staff and office staff very helpful as well. Covered parking is also a good added extra. No complaints really I guess. All-in-all I agree with most others, good find and good price.
