You do not have to be rich to live at this complex! It is a great place to live and the management staff are very friendly and eager to help residents. It is NOT cheaply built and is the nicest complex on Galveston Island. There are reserved parking spaces in a covered lot with elevators in every building. There is a resort style pool with jacuzzi, putt-putt golf course, gated entry, and a full washer & dryer in every unit. The club house has aerobic classes, a gym, pool table, and foosball table for residents to enjoy. It is a fantastic place to live.

What aerobic classes? They planned them but were never set up. The gates are always broken, there is almost no point in having them!

You are rigtht, another broken promise about the aerobic classes. the gates are broken often. I would be interested in starting a petition of all the residents to evoke changes so that we can all feel like we are giving them money that is well spent.
