The complex is beatiful, but the maitnence sucks. My counter fell in, and I had to write a work order three times to get it fixed. I am moving out at the end of the month, and they dont wants students here. anything that happens with the grounds they will blame on you. They are very overprices, and you pay for parking, but people park in the spaces anyways. The electric bills are very high, like 120 a month in the winter for a 1 bedroom. I pay 180 for a 3 bedroom and dont use my a/c or heat. You are also across from Section 8 housing and the poor of the poor. The gates are always broken.

I have to agree and support the issues that this review includes, i live here alwell and can relate to every issue strangley, glad i am not alone.
