I happened to be surfing the internet and saw this site so I thought I would see what everyone else thinks about it. I have nothing but positive things to say however, it appears that others have a differing opinion. I think that to say the gates are broken all the time is an exageration. It is true they that do have problem occasionally but they are fixed when they do. Yes, maintence is slow but where is it fast' I can say that the front office staff is very friendly and I haven't had any problems with them. I don't plan on moving anytime soon but maybe others have had a different experience than I have.

Yes people do exagerate, however why are there so many excuses being said. Why are there so many poor reviews. You have nothing but positive things to say, i wish i could say the same. But to charge so much for rent, and to have to deal with so many issues like poor quality, slow service, etc, its rediculous. The apartments have so much potential that is just wasted. Until I see change, my opinion will stay the same.
